These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Pocket Arcade and its games (the “Website”), operated by HappyChases Media Works (OPC) Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of India. By using the Website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

3. The service

Pocket Arcade provides free browser games for personal entertainment. The games are offered free of charge and the Website is supported by third-party advertising. We may add, change, pause or remove games or features at any time without notice.

The Website displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and its partners. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the products, services or content of advertisers or any third-party websites linked from the Website. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website and games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that saved progress will be preserved. Progress is stored in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

12. Dispute resolution

Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at saina.bisht@happychases.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

13. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Website.
